Setup Wizard for Exchange Update Rollup ended prematurely

"Setup Wizard for Update Rollup ? for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 (KB???????) ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again."

To fix this we need to run the update via an elevated command prompt.

Start Wizard:

msiexec /update Exchange2010-KB???????-x64-en.msp

install the Update Rollup unattended add the following parameter:

msiexec /update Exchange2010-KB???????-x64-en.msp /quiet
