To fix this we need to run the update via an elevated command prompt.
Start Wizard:
msiexec /update Exchange2010-KB???????-x64-en.mspinstall the Update Rollup unattended add the following parameter:
msiexec /update Exchange2010-KB???????-x64-en.msp /quiet
